Remella Naga Sridhar

With over 27 years of experience managing the full range of HR functions and proven leadership abilities, Sridhar is a self-directed, driven human resources professional. He is a Post Graduate in Management & Economics from Osmania University, Hyderabad, completed advanced programme in HRM from IIM Lucknow, completed PGDIRPM & PGDCA from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavans Rajendra Prasad Institute of Management and Communication, Mumbai and a Honorary Regional Director at CASI (CSR & Sustainability Institute), a certification body for CSR & Sustainability formed with the objective to promote the cause & knowledge of CSR & Sustainability.  He is on Board of Studies for recommending industry based curriculum for MBA Students in two prestigious Colleges in Telangana State.

He partners with Business units to develop overall business strategy and objectives. He ensures compatibility with company values, ethics, and policies while converting the business strategy and objectives into goals, plans, and measures that are in line with business imperatives. Analyse and suggest solutions in areas like organisational assessment management, HR operations, talent engagement, talent development, and talent acquisition. In addition to giving lectures in a variety of forums on leadership traits, PMS modelling and framework, succession planning, career counselling at NHRD, SHRI, social forums, universities, and graduate schools nationwide, he conducts career sessions for students and software engineers on the various career paths. He leads behavioural sessions and boot camps for the IT, ITES, healthcare, manufacturing, and hospitality sectors. In collaboration with the Mumbai government, CASI, USA, recognised him as a community leader, and the Human Resources Society of India named him a best HR leader.
