There are always moments when we feel out of path and people like Srini are always there to bring it to pace. One of the finest and most apt move guided by the team to bring me out of chaos and confusion.The precision with regards to the content and detailing was really interesting and good. I felt it actually gave quite a lot of justice in making me feel guided and confident. No matter in what stage you are, whether confused in which path to move or which path to choose, what are your blind spots which might render your growth and how far you need to see you go in the right choice, you can blindly rely on the detailed career report and your personality analysis by srini. I approached the team as I was feeling confused and stagnant about my career path for the next few years. Srinivas has dissected my profile in a very detailed way including my professional experience as well as my personality aspects and thereby highlighted some key mistakes that I was doing with my professional path along with suggesting the right career options suitable for me.
